With the on-site hardware support service, we will send a qualified technician on-site, throughout Europe, even within the next business day.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the type of activities that we can provide on-site:
- On-site repair on any IT hardware (client, server or other) with the ability to supply spare parts where necessary
- Datacenters installation or handling, including Structured cabling
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) or massive staging activities
NB: We provide spot hardware support (one-off) only for enterprise devices (servers or similar) and not for clients (desktops, laptops or workstations).
